Production Process
01 Design: Firstly, the designer creates the initial design for the jewelry, considering shapes, styles, and potential gemstones or decorations. The design serves as the foundation for the entire process, ensuring the final silver jewelry will match the intended appearance.
02 Computer 3D Drawing: Using computer-aided design (CAD) software, the designer transforms the initial design into a three-dimensional model. This aids in visualization and precision for further refinement and validation of the design.
03 Mold: Once the design is confirmed, molds for the silver jewelry are crafted. This mold will be used for casting the shape of the silver jewelry, ensuring consistency in the look of each product.
04 Mold Rub: The molds undergo polishing to ensure a smooth surface, preventing any flaws during the casting process.
05 Side Stone: If the design requires side stones or other gemstones, these gemstones are carefully selected and integrated into the jewelry’s design.
06 Polishing: The silver jewelry undergoes multiple rounds of polishing to make the surface smooth, shiny, and to remove any potential imperfections or marks.
07 Main Stone: If the jewelry design includes a main stone, it is set during this stage.
08 Antioxidant: 925 silver is prone to oxidation, so an anti-oxidation treatment is applied to extend the jewelry’s lifespan and maintain its appearance.
09 QC (Quality Control): Quality control checks are conducted at various stages of production to ensure that each piece of silver jewelry meets the standards. This includes checking the accuracy of the design, the quality of the molds, gemstone settings, and the jewelry’s polishing, among other aspects.
